Climate change visible in Europe

Climate change is more and more visible in Europe. So also in the Netherlands, a country with the highest agricultural production per square meters in the world.

The severe drought that has been going on for weeks now required the water authority in the east of the country to forbid recharge of surface water and (partly) ground water.

In this article – published in one of the major newspapers in the country – the work of the enforcement officers is explained, that search the area for discharge pumps in the evening hours.
